  I always wanted to eat at the Summit Pancake House. I would see this place every time I went to the pass. Was I in for a surprise, its nothing like what I had envisioned. The wait staff look like they had just climbed out of bed. Clothes all wrinkly, they had not shaven for days and hair not combed. My idea of food service should come with personal hygiene with the people serving food. The people running the place are in need of a personality check. They were less than personable almost to the point of being rude. Food was not very good and of low quality. The heat was about 55 or 60. I had a bad experience and wont be back.

  Had to leave. Arrived and told curtly we'd have to wait for a table 20 minutes. We asked to use restroom while waiting. Walking back to the cans we saw that 65% of tables were empty ( where's the staff?). Then we saw that restrooms were filthy, garbage cans stuffed, tampons on the floor, unflushed toilets, no towels, no liners, last of TP. Then walking past the kitchen, wow there was food all over the floors, 'staff' standing around chit-chatting, certainly no hustle given the waiting crowd. Had to grab a napkin off of a table to dry hands, couldn't wait to get out of there. Can't these owners get "more people" during ski season when they're making their seasonal profits? I hate to see what could be a stellar business reduced to this. It's the only "real" restaurant on the Pass, they should address this and put up a response to this post asap that they've fixed this.
